Alseal 143P High Temp Phenolic

Water-based one-component phenolic coating. Excellent adhesion and flow combined with a low perm film provide high insulative strength. Also exhibits high chemical resistance and operating temperatures to 400°F (204°C) continuous, peaking to 600°F (316°C). Cures at 400°F (204°C).

Alseal 189P High Temp Phenolic

Alseal 189P is a high temperature water-based two component phenolic / epoxy coating composition containing laminar orienting pigments.

Alseal 190P Phenolic/Urethane w/PTFE

Water-based one-component urethane modified phenolic with particulate PTFE for improved slip and release at temperatures up to 350°F (177°C) continuous, peaking to 500°F (260°C). Has excellent adhesion to most metals and improved flexibility over conventional phenolics.

Alseal 220i Cr-Free Inorganic Aluminum/Ceramic

Alseal 220i is a single component, chrome-free coating composition formulated to protect ferrous alloys from both high temperature heat oxidation and at the same time offer sacrificial (cathodic) protection to the base metal.

Alseal 360 Silicate w/Graphite

A high-temperature coating composition containing a graphite blend in an inorganic binder. Air-dry coating protects mating parts from seizing and galling at temperatures up to 1200°F (649°C).

Alseal 370 Silicate DFL

A high-temperature coating composition containing a graphite/molybdenum disulfide blend in an inorganic binder. Air-dry coating protects mating parts from seizing and galling at temperatures up to 800°F (427°C).

Alseal 500 Low Temp Cure Aluminum/Ceramic

A high-temperature coating composition with aluminum powder in an inorganic binder. Provides sacrificial corrosion protection to temperatures up to 1100°F (593°C) and heat oxidation protection to temperatures as high as 1600°F (871°C). Can be cured as low as 350°F (177°C). Not suitable for use on mild steel substrates.

Alseal 528 Inorganic Zirconia/Ceramic

A high-temperature coating composition containing zirconium oxide powder in an inorganic binder. Protects ferrous alloys against thermal oxidation and corrosion. Withstands service temperatures in excess of 2000°F (1093°C) and is very tolerant to thermal cycling.

Alseal 590 Inorganic Ceramic/PTFE

A two-component, high-temperature coating composition containing PTFE. Promotes release of hot or sticky parts and dirt for environments up to 550oF (288oC). Inorganic binder allows release of very difficult organic materials. Reduces friction while functioning as an anti-stick/anti-fouling sealer over Alseal 500, 518, and 519.

Alseal 591M Inorganic Ceramic/MoS2

A one-component, self-priming ceramic coating that contains particulate molybdenum disulfide.  Stable up to 800oF (427oC).  Self-priming, so it can also be used alone as a lubricant or release agent.

Alseal 598 Inorganic Ceramic

A high-temperature resistant inorganic coating composition for use over Alseal 500, 518, and 519. Enhances the smoothness of the Alseal basecoats and extends the long-term corrosion protection by retarding the sacrificial consumption of these coatings. Available in multiple colors.

Alseal 598SC Smooth Ceramic Topcoat

A modified version of Alseal 598 formulated to improve surface finish, only available in a clear/semi-translucent version. Lowers the surface finish 10 microinches or more when compared to standard Alseal 598.

Alseal 625 Diffusion Aluminide

Alseal 625 is a slurry applied diffusion aluminide coating made of aluminum and silicon powder in an inorganic binder. The aluminide formed from diffusion into Cobalt or Nickel based alloys provides a very wear resistant and heat oxidation resistant surface.

Alseal DB-3 Silicone/Ceramic

Two-component water-based silicone-ceramic topcoat for use over Alseal basecoats. Chemically passivates and physically seals sacrificial corrosion resistant aluminum-ceramic basecoats, at temperatures up to 700oF (371oC).  Available in multiple colors.

Alseal HX Bright Aluminum/Ceramic
