Operating in harsh environments, metal parts are often subject to oxidation accelerating corrosion potential. Alseal coatings help prevent oxidation by depositing a thin layer of aluminum or other heat and oxidation resistant material providing substrate stability on nearly any metal surface.
Alseal 5K – Cr-FREE
Patented, proven effective in helping protect from oxidation and related corrosion in environments up to 950oF (510oC). Does not contain known carcinogens, HAPs or VOCs.
Alseal 518, Alseal 519 or Alseal 500
These products are aluminum-ceramic coatings, and effectively limit oxidation on parts in environments up to 1000oF (538oC); they contain chromium.
Alseal 528
Helps limit oxidation and insulates surfaces from heat up to 1400oF (760oC).
