Alseal 598
A chromate/phosphate topcoat/sealer for use over Alseal basecoats at temperatures up to 1100oF (593oC). This sealer chemically passivates sacrificial corrosion resistant aluminum-ceramic basecoats such as Alseal 500, 518, and 519, extending life in corrosive environments. Can be used to reduce roughness of Alseal basecoats. Available in multiple colors.

Alseal 598SC
A modified version of Alseal 598 formulated as a topcoat that offers a corrosion-and-oxidation-resistant finish that is smoother than can be produced with standard Alseal 598 sealer. Alseal 598SC is only available in a non-pigmented /semi-translucent version. Stable up to 1100oF (593oC). 

Alseal 590
A two-component, high-temperature coating containing PTFE. Reduces friction while functioning as an anti-stick/anti-fouling sealer over Alseal 500, 518, and 519. Alseal 590 is a two-component ceramic coating that contains particulate tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It reduces sliding friction and reduces fouling up to 500oF (260oC) when used as a topcoat over sacrificial aluminum-ceramic basecoats like Alseal 500, 518, and 519. Alseal 590 is self-priming, so it can also be used alone as a lubricant or release agent.

Alseal 5KTC Cr-FREE
A chromium-free ceramic topcoat for use over Alseal 5K basecoat. Topcoated systems are stable at temperatures up to 1100oF (593oC). Contact CFI for available colors.

Alseal DB-3
A two-component water-based silicone-ceramic topcoat for use over Alseal basecoats. Chemically passivates and physically seals sacrificial corrosion resistant aluminum-ceramic basecoats. For use at temperatures up to 700oF (371oC). Available in multiple colors.

Alseal 189P and 190P Cr-FREE
Heat cured, sealing phenolic topcoats for coating systems incorporating Alseal sacrificial basecoats. Some phenolic slurries contain particulate tetrafluoroethylene and cure to a non-stick surface that limits fouling from resinous or mineral deposits in petrochemical equipment up to about 350oF (177oC). Redilube 150 Cr-FREE
Single component slurry of Teflon™ (PTFE) in a water-based phenolic binder resin. Reduces sliding friction, limits fouling and repels water up to 500oF (260oC). Coating cures at 400oF (204oC). Available in black or tan.

Siloxseal 210 Cr-FREE
Single component slurry of molybdenum disilicide particles in a silicone binder designed to prevent mating parts from seizing and galling, especially on roots of compressor blades at temperatures up to 750oF (399oC). Coating cures from 400oF (204oC) to 520oF (270oC).

Siloxseal 225 Cr-FREE
Single component slurry of graphite particles in a silicone binder designed to prevent mating parts from seizing and galling, especially on roots of compressor blades at temperatures up to 1200oF (650oC).  Coating cures from 400oF (204oC) to 520oF (270oC).
