Many Alseal® and Siloxseal® coatings are formulated to protect substrates at elevated temperatures, shown below in heat-resistant order. Coatings made with phenolic resins can withstand continuous temps to 400oF (204oC). Alseal silicone-based coatings will work in environments up to 1200oF (649oC). Alseal inorganic ceramic coatings will withstand temperatures in excess of 1500oF (816oC) and are routinely used in turbine engines and exhaust systems to prevent oxidation on critical parts and components. Aluminide coatings can protect parts up to 1835°F (1000°C).

Alseal 143P
Excellent adhesion and flow combines to create a low-perm film while providing high insulative strength. Exhibits high chemical resistance while in operating temperatures continuous to 400°F (204°F), peaks to 600°F (316°F).

Siloxseal 210
Helps limit contact galling in environments up to 750°F (399°C).

Alseal 5K  Cr-FREE
Patented, proven effective in helping protect from heat and corrosion in environments up to 950°F (510°C). Does not contain known carcinogens, HAPs or VOCs.

Alseal 518, Alseal 519 or Alseal 500
Helps protects parts from heat and corrosion in environments up to 1100°F (593°C).

Siloxseal 225
Helps limit contact galling in environments up to 1200°F (649°C).

Siloxseal 350
Water-based one-component silicone coating maintains appearance and protects metal substrates up to 1200°F (649°C) depending on color. Offers corrosion protection, especially critical for parts that cycle in temperature and form condensate. Can air dry to tack-free and finish complete cure while in operation.

Alseal 528
Chromate/phosphate slurry filled with zirconium oxide helps limit oxidation and also insulates surfaces from heat up to 1400°F (760°C).

Alseal 625
This slurry-applied diffusion aluminide is especially designed to protect nickel- and cobalt-based parts. Provides a highly wear-resistant and heat oxidation resistant surface up to 1835°F (1002°C).
