Alseal 5K
A patented completely chromium-free aluminum ceramic coating containing no known carcinogens, HAPs or VOCs. Provides sacrificial corrosion protection and heat oxidation protection to temperatures of 1100oF (593oC). Suitable for use on any surface that can withstand 650oF (345oC) required to cure the water-based slurry.
Alseal 500
An aluminum-ceramic coating that provides sacrificial corrosion protection to temperatures up to 1100oF (593oC) and oxidation protection up to 1600oF (870oC). This water-based slurry must be cured at 350oF (177oC) or above. Not suitable for use on mild steel substrates.
Alseal 518
An aluminum-ceramic coating that provides sacrificial corrosion protection up to 1100oF (593oC) and oxidation protection up to 1600oF (870oC). Water-based slurry must be cured at 400oF (204oC) or above. Suitable for use on all steel substrates. Used as a stand-alone heat and corrosion resistant coating or as a basecoat in a coating system.
Alseal 519
An aluminum-ceramic coating formulated to be denser, smoother and more erosion resistant than Alseal 518 while still providing the same sacrificial corrosion and high-temperature resistance. May be used as a stand-alone heat and corrosion resistant coating, or as a basecoat in a coating system.
Alseal HX
An aluminum-ceramic coating formulated to readily polish to a reflective finish that remains bright and shiny up to 1100oF (593oC) without discoloring. Used on hot automotive components as an alternative to bright chrome plating.
Alseal 521
Contains a finer blend of aluminum powders than Alseal 519, providing an even smoother surface finish.
Alseal 528
A blend of zirconium oxide powder in a ceramic binder. Cured coating is tightly bonded, resists thermal shock and abrasion, and protects against heat and oxidation up to 1500oF (816oC).
Alseal 585
A dip-applied aluminum-ceramic coating that provides sacrificial corrosion protection to temperatures up to 1100oF (593oC) and oxidation protection up to 1600oF (870oC). This water-based slurry must be cured at 350oF (177oC) or above. Not suitable for use on mild steel substrates. Increased viscosity for dip application.
Alseal 625
Alseal 625 is a slurry applied diffusion aluminide coating made of aluminum and silicon powder in an inorganic binder. The aluminide formed from diffusion into Cobalt or Nickel based alloys provides a very wear resistant and heat oxidation resistant surface.
