Alseal 320
A water-based polyurethane dispersion containing particulate tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Offers a high level of slip-and-release coupled with a room-temperature cure. Can be used up to 250oF (121oC).

Alseal 360
A graphite-ceramic coating designed to prevent mating parts from seizing and galling up to 1200oF (649oC). Can be heat cured or air-dried.

Alseal 370
A ceramic coating combining graphite and molybdenum disulfide powder designed to prevent mating parts from seizing and galling parts from seizing and galling at temperatures up to 1200oF (593oC). Can be heat cured or air-dried.

Alseal 590
A two-component, self-priming ceramic coating that contains particulate tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Stable up to 500oF (260oC), Alseal 590 may also be used to promote release in molds for polymers. Self-priming so it can also be used alone as a lubricant or as a release agent.

Redilube 150 Cr-FREE
Single component slurry of Teflon™ (PTFE) in a water-based phenolic binder resin. Reduces sliding friction, limits fouling and repels water up to 500oF (260oC). Coating cures at 400oF (204oC). Available in black or tan.

Siloxseal 210 Cr-FREE
Single component slurry of molybdenum disilicide particles in a silicone binder designed to prevent mating parts from seizing and galling, especially on roots of compressor blades at temperatures up to 750oF (399oC). Coating cures from 400oF (204oC) to 520oF (270oC).

Siloxseal 225 Cr-FREE
Single component slurry of graphite particles in a silicone binder designed to prevent mating parts from seizing and galling, especially on roots of compressor blades at temperatures up to 1200oF (650oC). Coating cures from 400oF (204oC) to 520oF (270oC).
