CFI manufactures U-Series™ and Alseal® coatings that combat corrosion through barrier protection and galvanic protection. Some of the coatings can even be applied over existing rust or difficult to prepare substrates. These coatings are available in a variety of chemistries and environmental capabilities.

Single-component, aluminum-filled, moisture-cured urethane, excels at protecting steel and other substrates from corrosion, even over pre-rusted surfaces.

Two-component, zinc-rich urethane primer for use on metal substrates in severe corrosive or salt environments or anywhere substrate requires cathodic-type protection from its primer.

Alseal 5K – Cr-FREE
Aluminum-filled inorganic silicate coating.

Alseal 189P
Water-based one-component phenolic primer with anti-corrosive pigments. Excellent adhesion. Operating temperatures to 400°F (204°C) continuous, peaking to 600°F (316°C). Cures at 400°F (204°C).
