Alseal 320
A water-based polyurethane dispersion containing particulate tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Offers a high level of slip-and-release coupled with a room-temperature cure. Can be used up to 250oF (121oC).

Alseal 360
A graphite-ceramic coating designed to to prevent mating parts from seizing and galling up to 1200oF (649oC). Heat cured or air-dried.

Alseal 370
A ceramic coating combining graphite and molybdenum disulfide powder designed to prevent mating parts from seizing and galling parts from seizing and galling at temperatures up to 800oF (427oC). Heat cured or air-dried.

Alseal 590
A two-component, self-priming ceramic coating that contains particulate tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Stable up to 500oF (260oC), Alseal 590 may also be used to promote release in molds for polymers. Self-priming, so it can also be used alone as a lubricant or release agent.

Alseal 591-M
A one-component, self-priming ceramic coating that contains particulate molybdenum disulfide. Stable up to 800oF (427oC). Self-priming, so it can also be used alone as a lubricant or release agent.

Redilube 140
Water-based one-component phenolic with molybdenum disulfide for improved slip, galling, and fretting at temperatures up to 400oF (204oC) continuous, peaking to 600oF (316oC). Has excellent adhesion to most metals combined with high chemical resistance.

Redilube 150
Water-based one-component phenolic with particulate PTFE for improved slip and release at temperatures up to 400oF (204oC) continuous, peaking to 600oF (316oC). Has excellent adhesion to most metals combined with high chemical resistance.

Redilube 225
Water-based one-component urethane modified phenolic with particulate PTFE for improved slip and release at temperatures up to 350oF (177oC) continuous, peaking to 500oF (260oC). Has excellent adhesion to most metals and improved flexibility over conventional phenolics.

Siloxseal 210
Single component slurry of molybdenum disilicide particles in a silicone binder designed to prevent mating parts from seizing and galling, especially on roots of compressor blades at temperatures up to 750oF (399oC). Coating cures from 400oF (204oC) to 520oF (271oC).

Siloxseal 225
Single component slurry of graphite particles in a silicone binder designed to prevent mating parts from seizing and galling, especially on roots of compressor blades at temperatures up to 1200oF (650oC). Coating cures from 400oF (204oC) to 520oF (270oC).

Sunlube
Very fine, water-based fatty amide wax dispersion. Economical lubricant for low to medium pressure applicators.

Sunlube 320
Water-based single-component urethane incorporating a wax dispersion to improve slip and release properties. Economical alternative to PTFE coatings where chemical resistance and the ultimate in slip or release is not necessary.

Consistent with the State and Federal orders related to companies that provide products related to homeland security and the military, companies like CFI are deemed as “Essential Critical Infrastructure” and are permitted to continue operations.
